If you wish to get a customised product for someone you know who suffers from Alzheimer’s or dementia, follow the next steps:
1. Free home visit (Colombia) or free on-Skype consultation (Worldwide): Adriana Machado needs to know the person with Alzheimer’s or dementia personally. This visit or consultation gives her the information she needs about the person’s life, hobbies and general state, in order to get to an informed outcome.
2. Product Proposal: After meeting the person with Alzheimer’s or dementia, Adriana will send you a short description of the product she wants to develop. This includes price and directions for payment.
3. Product Development: If the proposal is accepted by you, Adriana will start the development of the product.
4. Follow up (visit or on-Skype): This process finishes with two follow ups. The first one is on the day the product is delivered to make sure the instructions of use are clear. The second one is a couple of weeks after the product is delivered to check how the person has evolved. The price of these follow ups is included in the product price.
